Common questions

What counts as an unlock?

Every person whose contact details you open counts exactly once. Opening the same person again costs nothing, not next month and not after a plan change. Searching, filtering and the board never count.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. Every plan runs month to month, with no minimum term. You cancel yourself in the billing portal and the plan keeps running until the end of the month you paid for. There is no notice period and no email to support.

Where does the data come from?

From public sources: fund websites, team and portfolio pages, company registers and professional profiles. We merge them, normalise sectors and stages, and keep checking them. This is business contact data, not private data - and anyone listed can ask us to delete their record.

What happens to unlocked contacts if I cancel?

They stay. What you unlocked is bought, not rented: the contacts stay visible in your account even if you drop back to Free. Only new unlocks follow the Free allowance again.
